By using FilmerQuiz you accept these terms of service. If you disagree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

FilmerQuiz is an entertainment application based on movie quizzes. The service includes:

• AI-generated quizzes about movies
• Scoring and ranking system
• Different access levels (Guest, Free, Plus)

3. User Accounts

To access all features you need to create an account. By doing so you agree to:

• Provide truthful information
• Keep your account secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized use

4. Plans and Payments

FilmerQuiz offers the following plans:

• Guest: 1 quiz per day, 4 questions per quiz, no account required
• Free: 1 quiz per day, 6 questions per quiz, account required

Plus: one-time payment of €2.99, unlimited quizzes. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by their respective terms.

5. Intellectual Property

FilmerQuiz content is protected by copyright:

• Code and design: owned by FilmerQuiz
• Movie data: provided by TMDB under their license
• AI-generated content: questions are generated using artificial intelligence

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the application content without express authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

FilmerQuiz is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Absolute accuracy of movie information

FilmerQuiz is an entertainment application and should not be considered a film reference source.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the application.

8. Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time from the profile section. Doing so will permanently delete all your data.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
